Return Policy

At Touch Ritual, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

If your order contains multiple products delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day after you receive the last product.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by emailing us at info@touchritual.store or by using the online withdrawal function available on our website. You may also use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

2. Return Conditions

You may handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be able to in a physical store.

Please return the product with all included parts and accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

If you handle or use the product beyond what is necessary to inspect it, you may be held responsible for any resulting diminished value.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where permitted by law, including certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the legal requirements are met.

3. How to Return Your Order

To return your order:

  1. Notify us of your decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period by emailing info@touchritual.store or using our online withdrawal function.

  2. Include your order number to help us identify your purchase.

  3. Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you withdraw from your purchase because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, provided you were informed of this before placing your order.

If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@touchritual.store. We will resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law, including covering return costs where legally required.

5. Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offer.

We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any refund fees.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@touchritual.store and include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

7. Online Withdrawal Function

Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal through the online withdrawal function available on our website during the applicable withdrawal period.

Using this function does not affect any other legally valid way of exercising the right of withdrawal, including contacting us by email.
