At Touch Ritual, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Under European consumer law, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product.

If your order contains multiple products delivered separately, the 14-day period starts on the day you receive the last product.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us by email or post using the details below. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but this is not compulsory.

3. Return Conditions and Costs

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision.

Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning products when exercising their right of withdrawal. We do not provide free return shipping unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

You may inspect a product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical shop. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary and its value has decreased as a result, you may be responsible for that loss in value.

4. Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where applicable.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in every situation. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, exceptions may include:

  • Sealed products unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons: You may lose your right of withdrawal if you unseal such a product after delivery, where the legal requirements for this exception are met.

  • Personalised products: Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

  • Other statutory exceptions: Other exceptions may apply where provided by applicable consumer law.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@touchritual.store and include your order number and a description of the issue.

Your legal rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied products are separate from your right of withdrawal. Where applicable, the return costs and remedies will be handled in accordance with consumer law.
